Resolved: Executive Overview Retention & Graduation KPIs Not Updating

Update 7/25/2025: The issue with Retention and Graduation rates that were not updating on the Executive Overview in Campus Data Warehouse has been resolved in this is now available to users in QuickSight production.

Original issue:

The Campus Data Warehouse team is aware of a problem with the Executive Overview dashboard in production where the KPIs are not updating automatically to reflect the rates for the most recent cohorts available. We are currently working on a solution.

In the meantime, you may use the Executive Overview in our legacy data warehouse (Oracle). The Executive Overview remains unavailable in Campus Data Warehouse (QuickSight) as we work to implement solutions for inflated retention rates and rehoming returning students.
