Cal State Monterey Bay - Campus Data Warehouse Updates

Daily loads to Campus Data Warehouse (QuickSight) have been failing in production since 6/18/2025.  The Campus Data Warehouse team is working with our vendor, ThoughtFocus, to correct load configuration problems introduced in a migration to production last week.

When attempting to access the legacy Campus Data Warehouse (Oracle), users receive an ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED message. This occurs both on campus (without VPN) and remotely when attempting to connect with the VPN. Information Technology teams are working on the issue, which appears to be caused by a networking issue due to a hardware failure.
