New Features: Enrollment Planning > Enrollment (Residency) dashboards

New features are available on the Enrollment Planning > Enrollment (Residency) dashboard in Campus Data Warehouse.  Enhancements include:  Fixes to the subtitles throughout dashboards so that parameters update appropriately when using the "Reset to Original Dashboard" function in QuickSight.  Changes to the layout of the KPI tiles on the "Residency" tab so users do not need to select between the available metrics.  Consistent layout of the on-dashboard controls across all of the dashboad pages.  Addition of a new table on the "Residency - Current and Prior Years" page that provides the comparison of the current and prior term and the difference and percent difference for selected metrics.  New table view on the "Registered by Major" page that allows viewing FTEs and Headcount in the same view.  "California Residency Status Group" filter added on "Registered by Major" page (filter changed to a multi-select control across oth...

Resolved: Enrollment Planning - Student Funding Type Description filter

Update 1/28/2025: The Enrollment Planning > Enrollment (Residency) dashboards have been updated in Campus Data Warehouse to correct the issues we were having with filtering the data by "Student Funding Type Description." Previously, the analyses only included State support metrics, but we swapped in the State & Self support metrics so that the filter may be used to see "State Support", "Self-Support", or both by changing the "Student Funding Type Description" filter.  We plan to engage the Data User Advisory Group in reviewing and testing the updated dashboard in production at our January workshop this week on Thursday, January 30. Note: the daily snapshot history is still unavailable before July 2024 in QuickSight, so the trends for "Current Term Snapshot and Prior Terms Same Point in Time" on the "Residency - Current and Prior Years" page will still only show data for the current term.
