The Campus Data Warehouse team is pleased to share that a new dashboard, Enrollment Planning > Admissions Funnel Projections, is available in production. Users who have completed the Alternate Data Access Request form will have access to the new dashboard.

About the dashboard:
The Admissions Funnel Projections dashboard was created to automate a report previously created manually for Enrollment Management.
The dashboard incorporates interactive dimensionality leveraging the Admissions Funnel data model in the Campus Data Warehouse and enables comparison of daily snapshot data for an upcoming admit term with census snapshot data for historical trends.
The dashboard can be used by Enrollment Management, Admissions, and Academic Departments to monitor key admissions metrics after the admissions cycle begins.
The Admissions Funnel Projections dashboard contains four dashboard pages that provide historical comparison and utilizes historical admit to enroll yields to project potential new enrollment for upcoming admit terms.
- Overview: provides current admit term admit to enrollment metrics, new enrollment projections based on prior year admit to enroll yield, new enrollment projections based on prior 3-year average admit to enroll yield, and new enrollment projections based on prior years [user selected] average admit to enroll yield.
- Trend and Current Year Comparison: provides a comparison of the admissions funnel metrics for the current year admit term vs the prior year (difference and percent difference) and the admissions funnel metrics trend comparison of prior years at census and the current admit term's most recent daily snapshot.
- Projection Detail Table: provides the ability to crosstab projected new enroll count based on prior year(s) admit to enroll yields at census by up to two group breakdown selections.
- Trend Detail Table: provides the ability to crosstab admissions funnel metric trends for prior years at census and the current admit term's most recent daily snapshot.
We will review the dashboard in our February 27 Data User Advisory Group workshop, and a recap with an overview video will be shared out with the group after the workshop.
