Cost of Instruction Dashboards Displaying Incorrect Data

Update 3/27/2025:  After our Spring 2025 APDB Census data load, the Campus Data Warehouse team has identified that data for Spring 2025 on the Cost of Instruction dashboards is incorrect after the APDB load. Values are inflated for Enrollment and potentially other metrics due to an issue with duplicate records. We are working to troubleshoot the problem in both our legacy (Oracle) and modernized (QuickSight) systems.
Original issue:

The Campus Data Warehouse team is aware of a problem with the Cost of Instruction dashboards in production where metrics displayed for Fall 2024 (and potentially other terms) are wrong (overly inflated). We are currently diagnosing the problem and working on a solution.

In the meantime, you may use the Cost of Instruction dashboards in our legacy data warehouse, which is available at csumb.edu/datawarehouse.
