Weekly Campus Data Warehouse Maintenance Windows
Due to ongoing migration problems in QuickSight, the Campus Data Warehouse team requires dedicated maintenance windows for us to work on migrations and fixes in production.
During these windows, users should expect maintenance work to be in progress in production that could impact various dashboards as we work to address problems.
Solving migration problems sometimes involves vendor-suggested workarounds of deleting and replacing dashboards in production. Errors may also occur on some dashboards.
User impacts: dashboards may become temporarily unavailable or may not function as expected during these windows.
Weekly Maintenance Windows in Production:
- Tuesday afternoons after 1 PM
- Thursday afternoons after 1 PM
- Friday mornings before 12 PM
