Update: Load Failures in Campus Data Warehouse (QuickSight)

Update 7/1/2025: The daily load was restarted manually and loaded for 6/30/2025. Today's daily load for 7/1/2025 was completed successfully following the automated process. We continue to monitor.



Update 6/30/2025: Daily loads are again failing in Campus Data Warehouse (QuickSight).  We did not have successful daily loads on 6/27/2025 or 6/28/2025. A daily snapshot was captured for 6/29/2025, but the load this morning 6/30/2025 has not yet completed successfully and was manually restarted. 



Our vendor and IT teams are continuing to work on the issues prohibiting the successful loads.

Update 6/26/2025: Daily loads have been restarted in our new Campus Data Warehouse (QuickSight). Daily snapshots were captured for the last three days and are available on the applicable dashboards.

Daily loads to Campus Data Warehouse (QuickSight) have been failing in production since 6/18/2025.

The Campus Data Warehouse team is working with our vendor, ThoughtFocus, to correct load configuration problems introduced in a migration to production last week.
