Cal State Monterey Bay - Campus Data Warehouse Updates

Updated 11/18/2024: The percentages listed for C11 Test Scores Submitted on the Common Data Set C - FTF Admissions dashboard have been adjusted to reflect the percentage of column. Original message:   The Campus Data Warehouse team is aware of a problem with the Common Data Set C - FTF Admissions dashboard in production where the percentages listed for C11 Test Scores Submitted are not calculated as expected. We are currently working on a solution. A resolution is estimated to be available by 11/15/2024.  This issue is being worked on in ITSR# 23617742. Date reported: Tue 11/12/24. 

The Common DAta Set C - FTF Admissions dashboard has been updated in Campus Data Warehouse to display 25th and 75th percentile scores needed for Common Data Set reporting. Previously these had to be calculated with other tools due to limitations in the calculations in our legacy data warehouse system.  New features:  C - FTF Admissions:  New metrics were added for each of the Redesigned SAT and ACT scores to display 25th percentile and 75th percentile scores in addition to the median scores (50th percentile) that were already available.    Ticket - 23494627   Service - Software & Applications / Campus Data Warehouse Model & Report Enhancement Update - Changed Status from In Process to Completed . Several Common Data Set dashboards have been updated with new features in Campus Data Warehouse to facilitate reporting for changes made to the 2024 Common Data Set.  New features include:  C - FTF Admissions :  Addition of Admission Status filter for C1.  Region breakdowns for both First Time and Transfer for C1.  D - Transfer Admissions :  Addition of Admission Status filter for C2.  B - Retention & Graduation  (note this dashboard remains unavailable to users as we finish implementing fixes to the Institution Summary data model):  New table for Graduation Rate breakdown by First Generation.    Ticket - 23439671   Service - Software & Applications / Campus Data Warehouse Model & Report Enhancement Update - Changed Status from In Process to Completed .
