Resolved Issue: Graduation Initiative 2025 Cohort Status on Visualizations Fixed

Update 12/3/2024: The issue where cohort status indicators on Graduation Initiative 2025 dashboards (i.e., "Currently Enrolled Cohorts" and "Graduated Cohorts") has been corrected across all applicable dashboards.  We've removed the hard-coded conditional formatting from the visualizations/layouts and swapped in a note indicating "Cohort for Graduation Initiative 2025 Goal" as in the example below.  

The Graduation Initiative 2025 dashboards are now available in Campus Data Warehouse production via the following folder: 

Shared folders > Dashboards > Graduation Initiative 2025

Original issue:

The Campus Data Warehouse team is aware of a problem in production: the cohort statuses (i.e., "Currently Enrolled Cohorts" and "Graduated Cohorts") are not dynamically updating on the Graduation Initiative 2025 dashboards. We are working on a solution. A resolution is estimated to be available by November 22.

In the meantime, you may continue to use the Graduation Initiative 2025 dashboards in our legacy system available at: csumb.edu/datawarehouse.

Title - Graduation Initiative 2025 Cohort Status on Visualizations Not Updating Automatically After our successful reload of ERSD and the fixes for the dataset metric hard coding issues, we've observed that the cohort statuses indicating "Graduated Cohorts," "Currently Enrolled Cohorts," and "Cohort for Graduation Initiative 2025 Goal" are not updating automatically on the dashboards in QuickSight as they did in our legacy system. Suspect that the visualizations cannot support this kind of customization in QuickSight dynamically. We could put a note on the dashboard indicating the "Cohort for Graduation Initiative 2025 Goal."
