Resolved Issue: Remove "Low Income" (FTI restricted) from Enrollment (Census) Overviews

Updated 11/8/2024: 

The Enrollment (Census) Overviews dashboard has been updated in Campus Data Warehouse to remove "Low Income" (FTI-derived data). 

Other formatting updates to standardize and modify the layout were also completed.

Title - Remove "Low Income" (FTI restricted) from Enrollment (Census) Overviews Because of restrictions on Federal Tax Information (FTI), "Low Income" needs to be removed from dashboards in Campus Data Warehouse. First priority is to remove from Enrollment (Census) Overviews so these can be shared publicly for Fall 2024 census reporting on the IAR website.
