Resolved: Course Enrollment Demographics > Trends "% of Class Headcount" in Table Wrong

Update 4/24/2025: The Course Enrollment Demographics > Trends dashboard page has been updated in Campus Data Warehouse production to modify the "% Class Headcount" field calculation to be aggregate for a given Term rather than Academic Years so that percentage totals are not split across multiple terms when multiple Term Names are selected.

Screenshot of Course Enrollment Demographics > Trends page illustrating corrected % Class Headcount calculated by term.

Original issue:

The Campus Data Warehouse team is aware of a problem with the Course Enrollment Demographics > Trends dashboard page. When multiple terms in an academic year are displayed, the "% of Class Headcount" displays the percentage of the Academic Year rather than the term. We are currently working on a solution.

This issue is being worked on in ITSR# 24296206.

Title - Course Enrollment Demographics > Trends % of Class Headcount in Table Wrong

On the Course Enrollment Demographics > Trends page, the % of Class Headcount metric in the table at the bottom is wrong. It is aggregating across academic years rather than the term when multiple terms within an academic year are selected.

Suspect this will be a QuickSight dataset or calculation change.
