Resolved issue: Retention & Graduation - extra cohort displayed

Updated 9/25/2025: 

The "1-Year Retention %" metric calculation was modified to suppress the metric for cohorts where the retention rate is preliminary.  All census-based Retention and Graduation tracking dashboards have been updated globally.  All other retention and graduation metrics were checked to ensure preliminary metrics do not appear on census-based dashboards.

Preliminary rates are still available on the Preliminary Retention and Graduation (Non-Census) dashboard.

Campus Data Warehouse - Retention & Graduation - extra cohort displayed

On the Academic Program Review > Retention & Graduation dashboard, cohort Fall 2024 is displaying with a 1-year retention rate. This should not show until Fall 2025 census is loaded in mid October.

Perhaps this issue extends to other Institution Summary dashboards.

Note: confirmed issue exists on other Census-based Retention and Graduation dashboards as well.
