Faculty Student Success > Post-Course Outcomes Enables Admission Basis Group Filter

Update 10/29/2025: 

The Post-Course Outcomes page of the Faculty Student Success dashboard in Campus Data Warehouse now has an "Admission Basis Group" filter that will allow faculty to exclude the Transitory or unknown admission basis group students from the analysis of whether the students continue to be enrolled, graduated, or are not graduated and not enrolled.  

By de-selecting "Transitory" and "Unspecified" from the Admission Basis Group control, these students will not appear in the data visualizations on the dashboard. 

Faculty Student Success Post-Course Outcomes Admission Basis Group filter allows for deselecting "Transitory" and "Unspecified" or focusing on individual Admission Basis Groups.

In our August DUAG workshop, a faculty member highlighted that transitory students appear on the Faculty Student Success dashboard Post-Course Outcomes page as "Not Enrolled and Not Graduated."

We can add a filter to enable faculty using this analysis to filter out Transitory students.
