Wait List Metrics Now Available on Class Schedule Dashboard
Wait List metrics have been added to the metric selectors on the Class Schedule > Enrollment, Capacity, Units, FTES & SFR page and the Class Schedule > Multilevel Crosstab Table page.
These new metrics will allow users to identify class sections that have large numbers of students on the waitlist and to identify how many class sections across a course have students on the waitlist that may justify adding additional sections of a class to meet demand.
Tip: to sort the Class Schedule by the Total Wait List field, use the Sort feature on the Subject Description, Academic Course Named, and Class Section Code column headers to sort those rows in Descending order by Total Wait List. This will sort the subjects, courses and sections by the Total Wait List and help identify subjects, courses and class sections with more students on the wait list.
