Enhancements Available on Enrollment (Census) Detail Dashboards
The Enrollment (Census) Terms Detail and Enrollment (Census) Academic Years Detail dashboards have been updated in Campus Data Warehouse with usability improvements for dashboard controls, including a redesigned Group Breakdown and Metrics experience that makes it easier to find the information you need faster.
The Trends pages have been updated to include the redesigned Group Breakdown experience that was previously introduced on the Enrollment (Pre-Census Snapshots) dashboard. In addition, the other dashboard controls have been reorganized to follow a standard layout across all the dashboard pages and the table visualization now includes conditional color gradients that highlight the intensity of the metrics selected.
The CSUMB / College / Major Comparisons pages have been streamlined to highlight the trend comparisons between the university overall, a selected Academic Plan Owner (College) and/or a selected Academic Plan (Major). The visualization enhancements made to the Trends pages also carry through to the Comparisons pages.
Hint: with the new Group Breakdown redesign, you can search for the field you want to group the data by directly within the Group Breakdown dropdown using keywords to quickly find what you are looking for. Fields are also grouped by a new category hierarchy that clusters related fields together in the dropdown by topic.
The Multilevel Crosstab Table pages have been updated to streamline the controls and also have the same conditional color formatting applied to the metrics in the table highlighting the intensity of the metrics with darker colors. The tables have also been simplified to only show the row headers necessary for the Group Breakdowns selected, eliminating blank rows when fewer than four Group Breakdown selections are made.
