Resolved: Admissions Daily Reporting (Pre-Census Snapshots) Not Updating

Update 3/25/2026:

The Admissions Funnel process has successfully run for the last two days and the Admissions (Pre-Census Snapshots) dashboard is updating as expected with daily snapshots.

Update 3/20/2026:

The Admissions Funnel process to reload the data in AWS Redshift was executed successfully this morning, and the daily snapshots from 3/12/2026 - 3/19/2026 have successfully populated on the Admissions (Pre-Census Snapshots) dashboard. 

The Campus Data Warehouse team will continue to monitor the daily loads.

Original post 3/19/2026: 

The Campus Data Warehouse team is aware of an issue affecting the Admissions Daily Reporting (Pre-Census Snapshots) dashboard.

Issue: 

The dashboard is not updating with recent daily snapshot data.

  • The most recent available data is from 03/11/2026

  • No new daily snapshots have been reflected since that date

Status: 

IT’s Enterprise Application Services (EAS) development team is actively working on a solution.

  • The team is investigating the root cause of the missing snapshot updates

  • Engagement with the product vendor (AWS QuickSight) is planned for next week to assist in resolving the issue

We will provide updates as more information becomes available or when the issue is resolved.
