New Feature: Waitlist and Capacity Metrics Added to Course Registration Tracking
The Course Registration Tracking dashboard has been updated in Campus Data Warehouse with new features to help academic staff and administrators monitor registrations at the course level as students are registering for the upcoming term. This and other courses-related dashboards are available to all employees.
Getting there (login to Campus Data Warehouse through Okta):
Shared folders > Dashboards > Courses (Pre-Census Snapshots) > Course Registration
New metrics have been added that will help with evaluating demand and whether or not additional course sections may be needed. These include:
- Enroll Capacity
- Waitlist Total
- Waitlist Capacity
In addition, the dashboard has enhanced visuals and standardized layout with other Courses-related dashboards.
New visuals provide at the course level the Most Recent Course Enrollment Count, Enroll Capacity, Max Course Enrollment Count and Snapshot Date (if not most recent count), Most Recent Waitlist Total, Waitlist Capacity, Max Waitlist Total and Snapshot Date (if not most recent).
These features will help users see on a daily basis how many students are enrolled in each course and how many are on waitlists for the course.
