Resolved: APDB Dashboards Workload Factor Filter Not Working

Updated 4/7/2026: 

All of the APDB dashboards were audited and updated in production to ensure the duplicate Workload Factor filter reference that was hard-coded to K-Workload have been removed. The Workload Factor  control at the top of the dashboard now appropriately filters to user's workload factor selections.

APDB Multilevel Crosstab dashboard shows Workload Factor Description control is now appropriately filtering the visualizations.

The Workload Factor Description filter available in the controls on the APDB Section - Multilevel Crosstab Table is not working as expected.

The problem is that there is a hard coded Workload Factor Description filter set to K-Workload on the analysis itself, so even if user changes the value in the dashboard control, it is not filtering the visual appropriately.

This should be a QuickSight front-end change only, but we will check across the other APDB Section dashboards to see if they suffer from the same bug.

Duplicate Workload Factor filter is hard-coded and overriding user-selected Workload Factor filter from the controls.
