New Features: Enhanced Time and Average Units to Degree Dashboard
The enhanced Time and Average Units to Degree dashboard is now available in Campus Data Warehouse production. The dashboard has been updated with new features and user experience improvements, including a new Trends dashboard page, redesigned visuals and interactions, and standardized filter control layouts for consistency with other ERSD dashboards.

Enhanced Overview Page
The Overview page has been updated to include Postbaccalaureate summary metrics in addition to First-Time Freshmen and Upper Division Transfer students. The summary table now displays headcount, years to degree average, total units earned average, campus units earned average, and transfer units earned adjusted average by admission basis group.
The Overview page also now allows a Group Breakdown across the visuals. This enables users to more easily compare time to degree and units earned patterns across selected groups using the summary table, years-to-degree distribution, units-earned visuals, and bubble chart.
New Trends Page
A new Trends page has been added to support year-over-year analysis of time and units to degree metrics. The page includes controls for selecting the last academic year to include, the number of years to include, metric, admission basis group, academic plan owner, degree description, academic plan, program delivery, and group breakdown. The page also includes an average comparison line across selected groups and a detail table with headcount and metric values by academic year.
Standardized Dashboard Layouts and Interactions
Visuals and dashboard interactions on the Overview and Trends pages were modified for consistency with filter control layouts across other ERS Degrees dashboards. These changes provide a cleaner and more predictable dashboard experience when moving between Degrees dashboards and other Campus Data Warehouse dashboards.
Data Note
The Time and Average Units to Degree analyses exclude students with an “Unspecified” matriculation term in the source data. As a result, degree metrics on these pages may differ slightly from those reported on other Degrees (Census) dashboards.
