New Feature: Last School Attend on Course Enrollment Demographics and Grades Dashboards

Last School Attend fields have been added to the Course Enrollment Demographics and Grades dashboards in Campus Data Warehouse. This will facilitate understanding of questions such as: 

  • How many of the students enrolled in my course or my departments courses come from a given high school or community college? 
  • What was the last school attended by the students enrolled in a particular course or set of courses? 
  • Do course outcomes (grades, DFW rates, etc.) differ by the last school attended of the students enrolled in the course(s)? 
The Course Enrollment Demographics | Overview dashboard page has a new geovisualization to map the locations of the last school attended by the students enrolled in a selected course and a table lists the last school attend location and school type of the students enrolled in the selected course.

A Last School Attend optional filter control has been added to the Controls section on updated dashboards, allowing users to type in a Last School attend Country, State code, City, or School Name to search for and select values to filter the data result set by.

The following fields have been added as Group Breakdown options across these dashboards:

Last School Attend, Last School Attend City Name, Last School Attend Country Name, Last School Attend School Type Description, and Last School Attend State Code
