Update 11/04/2024:
The temporary workaround Campus Data Warehouse implemented to clean up the duplicate degree records runs after the daily load of the data warehouse each morning. The cleanup process is scheduled to be completed by 8:10 AM. If viewing these dashboards after the load has been completed but before the cleanup process completes at 8:10 AM, you may see incorrect data on Degrees (Census) dashboards.

Update 10/15/2024:
The Campus Data Warehouse team has implemented a temporary fix to correct the degree counts for Academic Year 2023 in production. You may now use the Degrees (Census) dashboards updated with the corrected data.

Title: Degrees (Census) Dashboard > 2023 Acad Year Degrees

We are seeing many extra degrees for Academic Year 2023 on the Degrees Dashboard (ERSD) in both OBIEE and QuickSight.

Direct Query of the ERSD census data showed 2114 degrees for 2023. QuickSight and OBIEE dashboards are both displaying 4058 degrees for 2023.

Believe this may have been caused due to the multiple attempts at ERSD loads. The process seems to be broken in both OBIEE and QuickSight.
