Updated: Institution Summary Dashboards: Visualization Problems in PRD SR23413360

Update 12/3/2024:
The Graduation Initative 2025 - Additional Graduates Needed metrics were corrected and no longer show decimals across any of the Graduation Initative 2025 dashboards. This fix is now available in production. 

The other issues across the Retention and Graduation dashboards are still being worked on.

Original issue:
We are aware of issues on the following dashboards and are working on a solution.
  • Graduation Initiative 2025 > Graduation Initiative 2025 - Additional Graduates Needed > CCC Transfer 2-Year Goal > Additional Graduates Needed metric in table at bottom has decimals and should not
  • Overviews > Retention and Graduation Overview > Major at Metric control is not showing relevant values
  • Retention and Graduation Detail > Trend Overview > Bar graphs view for UDT Cohort Type is coloring is all brown
  • Retention and Graduation Detail > Trend Comparisons > Enhance with trend graph visualizations
  • Retention and Graduation Detail > Entering Cohort Tracking > In Overview view Enrolled % in table is not correct
  • WASC > Retention > Line trend graphs for First Generation are the same color for all categories
  • WASC > Graduation > Line trend graphs for First Generation are the same color for all categories
