Faculty Student Success Dashboard - Canvas Load Failures

The Campus Data Warehouse team is aware of a problem with the Faculty Student Success dashboard in production. Canvas data may not appear for recent terms (e.g. Fall 2024, Winter 2025, Spring 2025) due to a failure in the Canvas integration that requires retrofit to accommodate changes made with the upgrade to Canvas 2. We are currently working on a solution.

Title: FSSD - Canvas Loads Failing


Canvas load failures have been occurring since Canvas 2 integration. API & credential changes are needed. User impact is that faculty are not able to see updated Canvas data on the FSSD dashboards.
