Resolved: Faculty Student Success Dashboard - Canvas Load Failures
Resolution update 9/4/2025:
The Canvas integration process was fixed. Catch-up processes were run in production to populate the Canvas data that was missing in the loads due to the integration failures.
With the release of the new Faculty Student Success dashboard in production at the start of the Fall 2025 term, Canvas data is updating as expected on the dashboard in production. Faculty may use the new Faculty Student Success dashboard to monitor their courses' Canvas data.
Original issue:
The Campus Data Warehouse team is aware of a problem with the Faculty Student Success dashboard in production. Canvas data may not appear for recent terms (e.g. Fall 2024, Winter 2025, Spring 2025) due to a failure in the Canvas integration that requires retrofit to accommodate changes made with the upgrade to Canvas 2. We are currently working on a solution.
