Resolved: Academic Program Health Narrative Insights "No Results"

The Academic Program Health dashboard in Campus Data Warehouse production has been updated with a fix for the custom narrative insights summarizing the data for each visual. The narratives are now populating as expected.

The Academic Program Health dashboard narrative insights are not working in production. Messages appear where each insight should be that say "No results. There was not enough data to perform this calculation."

On further investigation, this is also occurring in our stage environment. No recent changes have been made to Academic Program Health recently (in either environment). These visuals were working before. Other visuals using the same fields and filters are working on the dashboard, so the most likely cause is due to a configuration change to AWS Quick. Likely needs an AWS support case, but we will try workarounds suggested in QS Community forums also.
