Cal State Monterey Bay - Campus Data Warehouse Updates

The Academic Program Review dashboards in Campus Data Warehouse have been updated with new filters added for Academic Plan Owner (College), Degree Description, and Academic Plan (Major) so that they are more consistent with the default filters available across other dashboards. Links on the Academic Program Review Intro page were also updated.  These fields replace the CSU Major Concentration fields previously used in the dashboards (e.g. College Description, Degree Group, Major Long Description).  The updated Academic Plan controls more closely align the Academic Program Review dashboards with changes incorporated on other dashboards in the warehouse and provide a consistent way to select colleges, degree programs, and academic plans when moving between Academic Program Review dashboards.  Dashboards Updated The new Academic Plan controls have been added to the following Academic Program Review dashboards: Admissions Demographics Retention & Graduation Degrees The Ac...

The Academic Program Health dashboard in Campus Data Warehouse production has been updated with a fix for the custom narrative insights summarizing the data for each visual. The narratives are now populating as expected.

The Campus Data Warehouse has been loaded with ERS applicant and student census data for Spring 2026.   You may now find updated Spring 2026 census data on the following dashboards:  Enrollment:  Enrollment (Census) > Terms Detail  Enrollment (Census) > Academic Years Detail  Term Enrollment Fast Facts > Enrollment Fast Facts (Census)  Admissions:  Admissions Funnel (Census Snapshots) > Admissions Funnel Detail  Academic Program Review:  Admissions  Demographics   Several Common Data Set and Chancellor's Office Reports dashboards.

Export context menus were enabled for all data visualizations on the Academic Program Review Retention and Graduation dashboard in production.

Update 9/25/2025: The Degrees Awarded (Academic Years) visualizations on the Academic Program Health dashboard have been modified on both the Bachelor's - Degrees, Enrolls, Admits and Master's - Degrees, Enrolls, Admits dashboard pages so that the Academic Year filters will automatically update to include the most recent five academic years for which degrees census data are available.

Phase 2 Release Update 9/4/2025:  The Academic Program Health dashboard was recently updated with the Phase 2 dashboard release, which includes two additional pages with Key Performance Indicators for Retention and Graduation Rates for Fall Matriculation Term Cohorts.  Please share the following with others in your area who may have use for this information: Academic Program Health Dashboard Information Flyer The new Academic Program Health dashboard pages in the Phase 2 release include: Bachelor's - Retention and Graduation Master's - Retention and Graduation

Update 4/24/2025: The Academic Program Health dashboard was updated in Campus Data Warehouse production to correct the issue we were previously seeing with Concentrations not appearing correctly for the College of Education.
