New Features: Academic Program Review Academic Plan Updates

The Academic Program Review dashboards in Campus Data Warehouse have been updated with new filters added for Academic Plan Owner (College), Degree Description, and Academic Plan (Major) so that they are more consistent with the default filters available across other dashboards. Links on the Academic Program Review Intro page were also updated. 

These fields replace the CSU Major Concentration fields previously used in the dashboards (e.g. College Description, Degree Group, Major Long Description). 

The updated Academic Plan controls more closely align the Academic Program Review dashboards with changes incorporated on other dashboards in the warehouse and provide a consistent way to select colleges, degree programs, and academic plans when moving between Academic Program Review dashboards. 

Dashboards Updated

The new Academic Plan controls have been added to the following Academic Program Review dashboards:

  • Admissions

  • Demographics

  • Retention & Graduation

  • Degrees

Academic Program Review Intro Page

Links on the Academic Program Review Intro page have been reviewed and updated to reflect recent website redesigns and other changes.

The refreshed links help ensure that users can continue to access the supporting websites and resources referenced on the page.

We need to swap in the Academic Plan Owner, Degree Description, Academic Plan fields as the parameter controls and filters across the applicable Academic Program Review dashboards (Admissions, Demographics, Retention & Graduation, and Degrees) as well as the Academic Program Health dashboard.


Also check the website links on the Academic Program Review Intro page are all working and update as needed.
