New Features: APDB Multilevel Crosstab Enhancements

The APDB Section - Multilevel Crosstab Table dashboard has been updated in Campus Data Warehouse production and includes new features: 
  1. New fields have been added to the APDB Section dataset and are available on the dashboard as Group Breakdowns in the "Course Characteristics" group breakdown category. 
  2. New "Metric Views" are available on the dashboard to enable users to select a Single Metric on the pivot table with "% of Total" metrics added.  

Comment: Changed Status from In Process to Completed.

The APDB Multilevel Crosstab dashboard enhancements were migrated to production on 3/3/2025 and are working as expected.

Note: an issue with the new "HEGIS Campus Description" field is being addressed in SR24115822.

  • Add HEGIS to group breakdowns (in CSU HEGIS dimension); Academic Course category. need the 5-digit HEGIS code

  • Facility to hide unneeded metrics like other crosstab dashboards 

  • Add percentage of column for the metric. If it can be done generically that's great but % Student FTE's are essential
