Cal State Monterey Bay - Campus Data Warehouse Updates

Update 10/9/2025:  The Campus Data Warehouse interface has been updated and transformed to Amazon Quick Suite .  When you log in, you'll notice that the look and feel is slightly different, though the navigation is very similar. Site Navigation:  The left-hand navigation area still contains the Favorites , Dashboards , and Shared Folders .  There is also a new Home page that is now the default landing page for all users when logging into Campus Data Warehouse or when clicking on the Amazaon Quick Suite logo in the top navigation to return to the navigation interface. New Home page: The new  Home page includes new Widgets that can be added or removed to customize your Home page. Recents , which used to appear in the left-hand navigation area, has now been added to the Home page as a widget. This Recents widget displays the dashboards you have recently viewed. Many of the enhanced AI-powered and agentic features in Amazon Quick Suite are not currently available...

The Campus Data Warehouse has been loaded with ERS applicant and student census data for the summer of 2025.   You may now find updated summer 2025 census data on the following dashboards:   Enrollment:   Enrollment (Census) > Terms Detail  Enrollment (Census) > Academic Years Detail  Term Enrollment Fast Facts > Enrollment Fast Facts (Census)  Admissions:   Admissions Funnel (Census Snapshots) > Admissions Funnel Detail  Academic Program Review:   Admissions  Demographics  Several Common Data Set and Chancellor's Office Reports dashboards.
