New Features: Project Rebound Student Group Added to Campus Data Warehouse

The Project Rebound student group has been added to Campus Data Warehouse to support reporting and analysis for students participating in the program. 

The new student group is available across the following data model and dashboard areas:

  • Enrollment (Census and Pre-Census), 

  • Retention and Graduation (Census and Preliminary), 

  • Grades (Non-Census), 

  • Degrees (Census), 

  • Credentials (Census)

Using the Project Rebound Student Group

Where Group Breakdown controls are available, users can select:

Student Group | Project Rebound

This allows dashboard results to be grouped by Project Rebound participation.

All updates are now available in Campus Data Warehouse production.

Project Rebound is also available as an ad hoc filter in QuickSight, allowing users to limit dashboard results to students participating in the program. For instructions, see Filtering data in Amazon QuickSight.

Hello,


We have established a new student group, Project Rebound (PRBD). We now need those to be added in:

1. OAS

2. Data Warehouse


We have a report due to the Chancellors Office by end of Oct. but will likely need to send to PR for consolidation prior to that, so Mid Oct.


We will primarily need the enrollment data for this first round, since our program is just getting started. We will need Graduation and Persistence data in the future.

From earlier communication with Valarie, this is the response on additional data models that Project Rebound Student Group needs to be added to:

Enrollment, Retention and Graduation are the critical ones. I think Grades, Degrees and Credentials could also be helpful, if possible.
